MARRIAGE
Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials! Whether you are getting married here at Christ the King or outside our parish, we are here to help! To begin the marriage preparation process or to choose a date for your wedding, contact the parish office at 303-388-1643 or fill out the interest form through the button below, and we will contact you. We will discuss required documents, classes, and next steps. Though depending on your circumstances, here is an idea of what you may need before getting married:
-
Meeting(s) with priest or deacon
-
Baptism certificates with updated sacraments (if Catholic)
-
Theology of the Body classes
-
FOCCUS Inventory
-
Natural Family Planning (NFP) course
-
Freedom to Marry Testimony
-
Colorado Marriage License (if getting married in-state)
We do not offer classes here at Christ the King, but you can find information about these classes at the Archdiocese of Denver website. If you are interested in getting a non-Catholic marriage convalidated, contact us! We are more than happy to guide you through the process.

BECOMING CATHOLIC (OCIA)
Adults and children/youth (7-17 years old) who are unbaptized or baptized in a non-Catholic Christian church, and baptized Catholic adults who would like to complete their sacraments, are invited to join our program on Wednesday evenings beginning in September. Contact Marybeth mbpage@christthekingdenver.org in the parish office to schedule a meeting with our pastor or fill out our inquiry form through the button below.
Baptized Catholic children/youth (7-17 years old) who would like to complete their sacraments are invited to join our Family Faith Formation program.
FUNERAL
Although death can be profound and often painful, we also believe that by His death and resurrection, Christ conquered death and made possible salvation for all men.
In burying the faithful, the church confirms her reverence for the great dignity of the human person created in the image and likeness of God, as well as her faith in the resurrection of the body and hope in the life of the world to come.
If you have lost a loved one, please contact the parish office at 303-388-1643, so we can assist you in the funeral.

ANOINTING OF THE SICK
Following morning Mass in our Chapel on the first Friday of the month, the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick is offered to those persons in need of this healing sacrament. Those who are going into the hospital or who have a terminal illness, should request the Anointing of the Sick from the priest before or after the weekday or weekend Masses. Contact the parish office at 303-388-1643 for more information.
