Hello! Parents of second and third-grade children who want them to make their First Reconciliation, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation may register for Sacramental Preparation through the form below. If you would like your infant to receive the Sacrament of Baptism, please fill out this form.

Notes about the program: Christ the King’s formation program is aimed at equipping parents to best facilitate spiritual growth in their unique home setting. The program consists of sixteen total sessions, that span out over the course of a two-year period, and they are conducted in blocks of four. Meaning, there are four sessions in the Fall and four in the Spring, and sessions will occur in back-to-back weeks.

The 2026 Fall parent sessions will take place on September 8, 15, 22, and 29 from 6:30-7:30pm (kids are welcomed, but parents are required). The 2026 Spring parent sessions will be on February 2, 9, 16, and 23 from 6:30-7:30pm.
