Hello! For parents of second and third grade children who are wanting them to make their First Reconciliation, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation please fill out the registration form in the link below.

Notes about the program: Christ the King’s formation program is aimed at equipping parents to best facilitate spiritual growth in their unique home setting. The program consists of sixteen total sessions, that span out over the course of a two-year period, and they are conducted in blocks of four. Meaning, there are four sessions in the Fall and four in the Spring, and sessions will occur in back-to-back weeks. More information will be sent out to anyone who fills out the registration form!
