Encountering Christ Together

OUR VISION FOR FAITH FORMATION

Our mission is to follow the call of the Church and provide opportunities for you to encounter Christ and grow in holiness. Our Parish Faith Formation gives each of us the tools we need to grow in relationship with God and bring that love to the community. All are welcome to participate.

PARISH FAITH FORMATION SESSIONS

We invite you, and the entire parish, to join us weekly on Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm in Ballard Hall for parish faith formation sessions.

Here is a glimpse of some of the topics you can expect to explore this year!

  • Why be Catholic when I can just be "religious" or "spiritual"?

  • Is it reasonable to believe in God in today's scientific culture?

  • What is the purpose of our lives?

  • How do we know today what Jesus really said and taught over 2000 years ago?

  • Where does the Catholic Mass come from and why is it important?

  • How do we pray and how does God lovingly pursue us in our prayer?

  • How can married couples image the love of God to their children?

  • Keeping yourself and your family safe on today's technology

  • And much more!

  • Throughout the year we will invite guest speakers, in addition to our Faith Formation staff, who will lead us in the exploration of these topics!

All are invited to these Parish Faith Formation sessions in addition to our other formation offerings including Financial Peace University, The Catholic Biblical School and Dwell: Evenings of Praise and Adoration.
